These days enable our students to perform practical treatments on members of the public, gaining valuable first-hand industry experience as well as vital confidence in working with clients.
Client salon days give our aspiring beauty therapists a chance to learn what the industry is like outside of the ‘protected’ class room environment and gain the experience necessary to succeed in their careers as a beauty therapist.
Not only do our client salon days give our students the opportunity to build on their practical treatment skills, but through regular contact with members of the public our students are able to develop strong client service skills, assessing individual clients’ needs and making the appropriate treatment and product recommendations.
The result of this regular industry experience is that our graduating beauty therapists are in high demand from employers who know that they already have the confidence and experience to allow them to step straight into a working salon environment.
